When I contacted him again, he said he was on his way. I contacted him again in the afternoon, and he then claimed that the API key was bad. However, I checked my email and found a notification from Claude stating that my API key had been disabled because it had exceeded its usage limit and my balance had gone into negative. The email was received at 7:20 AM GMT+7. This is strong evidence that my API key was actually used after I sent it to him. Yet he is now claiming that the API key was bad, while he still has not paid me until now. I am not stupid, and I can see clearly what happened here.
